Halt further data corruption or cascading errors.
4. Test & Correct
Write a regression test covering the flaw, then implement the architectural fix.
5. Stage & Deploy (Handover)
Verify in staging, schedule the deployment, and hand over the corrected source code.
6. Remaining-Risk Report
Deliver a post-rescue document outlining technical debt that still requires attention.
