Commercial Commitments

For international clients (UK, EU, North America), contracting and invoicing are facilitated through Ruul (Agent of Record), ensuring full legal compliance. Tax invoices are issued in GBP, EUR, or USD with standard corporate details.
Written Endpoints
No open-ended retainers. Every project phase has a defined statement of work listing exactly what will be built, the fixed cost, and the definition of done.
Milestone Payments
Payments are strictly tied to delivery milestones, not hours worked. Invoices are issued only after a working, verifiable deliverable is pushed to the staging environment.
Full IP Handover
Upon final payment, you own 100% of the source code, databases, and deployment scripts. You are not locked into any proprietary hosting or forced maintenance contracts.

Operational data is sensitive. Engineering practices are designed to protect customer records, ensure uptime, and provide an audit trail.
Isolated Staging Environments
All features are deployed to a secure staging server for your review before touching production. Testing is conducted using synthetic data to prevent accidental customer emails or billing triggers.
